THE POINT TRAVERSED TO WAS THE CENTER OF THE ORR MOUNTAIN
LOOKOUT TOWER THAT IS LOCATED ABOUT 11 MILES SOUTH OF MACDOEL,
7 MILES NORTH-NORTHWEST OF TENNANT, 1.5 MILES NORTH OF BRAY
AND ON THE SUMMIT OF ORR MOUNTAIN. IT IS A FOUR LEGGED STRUCTURAL
STEEL TOWER SURMOUNTED BY A 12 X 12 FOOT CABIN. A TRAVERSE
CONNECTION WAS MADE TO TRIANGULATION STATION ORR MTN 1948, THE
DISTANCE BEING 54.50 FEET OR 16.613 METERS.
